We're based in Verrado and we work with clients all across the West Valley — Goodyear, Buckeye, Litchfield Park, Surprise, Avondale, Tolleson, Waddell, Tonopah — and the greater Phoenix area.

If your event is outside the West Valley, ask us anyway. We travel for the right event.

For weddings and large events, six to nine months out gives us breathing room to design and source thoughtfully. For showers and birthdays, two to three months is comfortable.

Photo booth-only bookings can sometimes happen on shorter notice — reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.

Every event is different, so pricing depends on guest count, the services you need, and the level of decor you're after. After your inquiry, you'll get a custom proposal with transparent line items — no surprise fees.

If you have a budget in mind, share it on the inquiry form and we'll design within it.

Vendor coordination, custom decor design, day-of timeline management, and as much hand-holding as you need leading up to the event. We'll walk you through exactly what your package includes on our consultation call. Decor setup and breakdown is available based on scheduling — inquire early to confirm.

Yes. Photo booth-only bookings are welcome. Send us your event date, venue, and how long you'd like the booth running, and we'll send pricing and availability.

The Marbles Expertise is for DIY planners, brides who want to plan their own day, aspiring event stylists, and anyone breaking into the event industry. In a consultation we can cover anything you need — vision and styling, budgeting, vendor sourcing, timeline planning, business and pricing strategy, or how to start your own event business.

Sessions are $75 an hour, virtual or in-person.

Absolutely — please send it. Pinterest boards are how we get up to speed fastest on your vision, and we'll build from there. No vision is too half-formed.

Yes — most events break into a deposit at booking and one or two installments leading up to the day. We'll work out a schedule that fits your timeline.

Send it. We've styled everything from intimate dinner tables to celebrations of three hundred. There's almost no event size or theme we'd rule out — and if it's not the right fit, we'll tell you honestly.
